Services and delivery of Products

The relationship between Ole Food Market and the Client is limited exclusively to the provision by Ole Food Market of the purchase and delivery service of the Products selected through the Platform by the Client.

In order to process an order, the Client accesses the Platform and selects the Products of interest from the different Supermarkets. Once the Products have been selected, the Client must proceed to log in with their username and password to process the order, for this they must indicate:

  • delivery address
  • payment details
  • and if applicable, note to the seller

The Client undertakes to enable the delivery of the order by providing a "delivery address" where the requested order can be delivered. In the event that the Client indicates a "delivery address" that is not correct, Ole Food Market will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the Client, reserving the right to cancel the purchase made by instructions of the Client. own Client.

Ole Food Market provides the Services only in the areas delimited on the Website at all times, so the "delivery address" designated by the Customer must be within the limits of said areas.

Rates

Shipping costs will be invoiced that will be indicated on the Website before confirming the order, and whose amount depends on the price and weight of the order.
